    Refund policy

    Return Policy

    At WORLDLY APPAREL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may return your items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@worldlyapparel.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions.

    Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Non-Refundable Items

    Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

    Exchange Policy

    We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item for a different size or color. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at contact@worldlyapparel.com within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will not be able to grant an exchange if the desired product for exchange is an unavailable/out-of-stock item. 

    Once your exchange request is approved, please send the item back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Upon receiving the item in its original condition, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. If the item you are exchanging for is of higher value, you will be responsible for paying the difference. If it is of lower value, we will issue a refund for the difference.
